Acumen Construction Services Ltd were delighted to be asked to provide the detailed Bills of Quantities and produce the Tender Estimate, on behalf of Stephenson Ltd, for the next phase of the on-going St George Development at Imperial Wharf, Fulham.
This phase comprised the Shell & Core construction of Blocks C2.4 & C2.5 approximately 9,887m2 GIFA, with full fit out to the Landlord areas. A project value of £15 million.
The information was brief and the timescale challenging but Acumen delivered thorough and accurate bills and a competitive tender submission.
